The primary objective of GLP is to ensure the generation of high quality data. Statistical tools play an important role in GLP. A series of training sessions is available to understand measurement uncertainty (also referred to as variability or error), to quantify it, to identify its causes, and finally to monitor and control it.

Introduction to the Analysis of Measurement Uncertainty  Introduction to the Analysis of Measurement Uncertainty  This training session discusses how to measure uncertainty in a measurement process: statistical approach, characterization of a measurement system, types of errors, impact of errors on data quality, accuracy and reliability, analytical approach to measuring uncertainty, propagation of errors on the result of a measurement and how to report results.   1.0
Repeatability and Reproducibility Studies (Gage R&R)  Repeatability and Reproducibility Studies (Gage R&R)  This session discusses how to set up repeatability and reproducibility studies (R&R) and how to analyze the results with the appropriate statistical methods. The main goal of R&R studies is to determine which sources of variability contribute the most to the overall process variation and how to decide if the measurement system is acceptable or not.   1.0
