| Under reserve of all specific conditions indicated in the training
description, the following conditions apply.Online Registration:Whenever you sign up for training sessions you
agree to pay the training fees associated with the session(s) that you have selected. Registration is
guaranteed only after the full payment of the course fees and applicable taxes.
Should you decide not to register online (i.e. with the system available on this site), but using a standard registration form,
an administrative fee of 50 $ is applied.
Training Session Cancellation Policy:
If you are unable to attend the session for which you have registered, please advise us as soon as possible in writing at least 15 business days prior to the session date to reschedule or for a refund minus a 50$ administrative fee.
If you advise us between 6 and 15 business days prior to the start of the training, a fee equivalent to 50% of the course registration fee will be charged.
If you advise us less than 6 business days prior to the start of the training, 100% of the course registration fee will be charged.
Creascience reserves the right to cancel a session due to low registration or circumstances beyond its control. In the event that Creascience cancels a session, a Training Services representative will contact each registered participant via email and/or telephone as soon as possible but not less than five business days prior to the class session. Participants of cancelled class sessions will be offered a seat in the next available class. Creascience will not be liable for any expenses associated with its cancellation of classes. If participants cannot attend the next available session, a full refund of the registration fees will be given.
Training Session Substitution Policy :
Substitutions are allowed at all times, provided that Creascience is notified in writing and that this has no impact on the homogeneity of the group (at Creascience’s discretion).
No Show Policy:
If you do not show up to attend class, you will be billed for 100% of the entire course fee.
