During this session, the mechanism of the regression techniques will be reviewed in a non-mathematical way with the help of numerical applications and case studies. Time will be devoted to the interpretation of software output from several software packages, to the potential problems likely to be encountered in regression analysis, such as influential observations, multicollinearity, etc, on graphical diagnostic tools and finally on ways to fix these problems.
